• Proform D/A estimation based on accurate and updated port tariffs.           

• Providing vsl's Master and all concerned parties with all needed pre-arrival information, all regulations and restrictions for the destination port.  

• Daily notices for the principal, Master and all concerned parties with vsl's (ETB, ETC & ETS), shore crane hiring / availability (case vsl gearless)            

• Arranging berth, pilotage and cargo handling.           

• Following closely vsl's operation (discharging, loading and S.C. Transit) to provide accurate daily reports and speeding up vsl's operation to protect the ship from any false liability.        

• Preparing cargo documentation which agreed / signed by vsl's Master along with port Authority documentations.              

• Providing the vsl with any services needed such as: supplies, crew change, maintenance, repairs, …etc.  

• Dispatching final disbursement account and statement of accounts supported by official invoices in reasonable time after vsl's sailing.
